- Legal Services Corporation (LSC) has built an eviction tracker with filing data on several states and hundreds of counties.
- The Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania has developed a report with detailed eviction data in Pennsylvania.
- The Open Justice Oklahoma has developed the Oklahoma Court Tracker, which counts evictions filed across the state of Oklahoma since March 15th, 2020.

- Sam Taub has built an eviction tracker for the state of New Mexico.
- The Right to Counsel NYC Coalition maintains the Eviction Crisis Monitor in New York City.
- Texas Housers has developed an Eviction Diversion Tracker which details out emergency rent relief distribution and eviction cases throughout the state of Texas.
- The King County Bar Association has an Eviction Tracker for King County, WA.
- The Eviction Research Network collects, analyzes, and maps eviction data while helping other researchers map and analyze theirs. They track and map eviction data in several states across the country.
- Lawyers' Committee for Better Housing has been tracking eviction data in Chicago.
